La Ferme à Juju is an OVO Network property. It sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms - 3 doubles and one twin, but the star feature of this property has to be the spacious living area, with huge exposed beams, stone fireplace, pine furniture and Savoyard-style soft furnishings. The OVO Network team’s opinion - Ski right back to the south facing terrace of this first floor apartment, which is right next to the Bossonnet lift in the heart of La Clusaz! No traffic jams, no parking, just walk out of your door and on to the lift - what could be better! This property is in the centre of the village, next door to the ski school meeting point. And with the bars, restaurants and shops of La Clusaz on your doorstep, there's no need for a car when you stay at La Ferme à Juju - just park it up (there are three parking spaces) and forget about it. The owner of the chalet has an apartment on the ground floor, so is available should you need advice about things to do and see during your stay. Guests will even be entitled to discounts at the owner's ski / equipment shop! Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included. Please note the spa is on the ground floor of this apartment, the living space is the entire first floor. The owner lives in an apartment on the ground floor. SECURITY DEPOSIT We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. The chalet was excellent superb facilities and space for all our family (2 adults, 2 teens, one 10 year old and a 2 year old). The host Christian was friendly and welcoming and available if needed. Just a shame my French is terrible so a little bit of a communication barrier (but that’s on me), however this did not impact our stay at all. Although it is over 100 years old, it has been renovated. We had a few small issues, but Christian (the owner) was responsive in fixing them. We truly had a fantastic time. C’est une très jolie station qui offre de nombreuses activités et le pass expérience est une très belle offre. Le logement est très spacieux et très agréable. Le jacouzzi et le hamam sont supers. Il est bien placé par rapport au centre de la station et permet de circuler à pied ou vélo (électrique). L’unique petit défaut est le bruit de la cheminée (ou système d’aération) de l’hôtel à côté, mais c’est probablement le prix à payer pour être plus dans le centre. Perfect location and convenient to access the ski lifts and ski school, equipped with everything we needed and more. Such a cosy chalet with the added bonus of a log fire. Ce logement était incroyable, tellement bien placé ! L'un des balcon a une vue sur les pistes juste à côté d’une remontée et l’autre balcon a une vue magnifique sur tout le village. C'était le luxe de pas prendre la voiture pendant tout le séjour. Le chalet est juste parfait et parfaitement équipé (que ce soit le jacuzzi, le hammam ou même les chauffe chaussures - toutes ces choses sont des merveilles!). ##### Corentin B. It has a fireplace, a hot tub, a ski room and it’s well situated right next to the Bossonet ski lift! The kitchen was well equipped. It was all in all very comfortable! It has a fireplace, a hot tub, a ski room and it’s well situated right next to the Bossonet ski lift! The kitchen was well equipped. It was all in all very comfortable!
