ENTRANCE HALL: Serving all rooms LIVING ROOM (renovated in autumn 2024): 14m², equipped with a 1-place sofa bed, chairs, table, storage furniture, television, west-facing bay window and a south-facing French door leading to the west balcony with garden furniture and loungers. EQUIPPED KITCHEN (renovated in autumn 2024): 4-plate electric cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, raclette appliance, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, elements with all necessary kitchen equipment (fondue appliance available in common area).
