Eclairage trop faible dans toutes les pieces (ampoules manquantes, eclairage jaune), fixation de pommeau de douche cassé, store et lave vaiselle trop vieux, cheminée a foyer ouvert donc pas utilisée, rambarde de la terrasse pas securisante.
