Adequate for one night
One night stay . On arrival given a room that hadn't been cleaned went back to reception new room given and apologies received.Offers basic but adequate service. Room felt very small and dated , Bathroom very small toilet very stained needs bleach. Shower ok . Beds feel nice and comfortable. We had breakfast was adequate selection for continental not worth the price paid but did the job. Positive was our dog was with us and could stay here for a fee that was reasonable. The one night did what we needed but wouldn't stop again at this hotel.

Great Budget Hotel
This is a well priced hotel - the room was small, but very comfortable, quiet and had air conditioning. It is in walking distance of places to eat. Great breakfast too I would definitely recommend this hotel and is on my list of places to stay when on business

Great value and great for a pit stop
Excellent location for a pit stop. There is an automatic check in when you arrive late as we did. The room was clean and did the job. Bed was large and comfortable. Good shower.

Stop over
A convenient stop for one night when returning from the lakes of Italy. Decent parking. Basic accommodation with a tiny sink in the room. Shower and toilet in separate en suite. Beds comfortable and all rooms air conditioned. Only spoilt by other guests who could not work out how to close a door without slamming it, but not the fault of the hotel. Would stay again.

Quick highway stop over, clean and restful
We arrived late but they have electronic check in that was efficient but an emergency number for issues that we did not see till morning. The rooms were clean and there was off steeet parking. Beds were comfortable too. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. Front desk staff was professional and polite. Right off the highway which is why we chose it.

Don’t let the outside fool you.
This little hotel was a little surprising. The inside is much better than the outside. They packed all necessities into the small, clean modernish room and it was a great nights sleep. The breakfast was surprisingly good as well. Don’t expect luxury, but it is a clean, quiet nights sleep.

Perfect hotel for a stop over.
We stopped at this hotel for one night half way through our travels to South of France. Easy to find, near good amenities, parking, helpful staff, room small but perfect for one night and very clean.

Nice hotel for a quick stay
Hotel doesn't look great from the outside but is more modern inside. Room is adequate with comfortable beds, nice bathroom and air con. Staff are great. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment. One thing we didn't like is that it does not have a lift. Ok if you don't have much luggage but we did! Overall we would definitely stay again.

Room a little small with sink in bedroom, not in the bathroom. However, overall, it was comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Excellent service with friendly and attentive staff.

Great transit stop
For the price and for a stop over on the way to Calais this was a great choice. The staff were friendly and the mattress very comfortable. Lots of cheap and cheerful eateries within walking distance and buffet breakfast was fine. Cheap fuel nearby as well.

Troyes Chapelle St Luc Family Room Number 24
With no air conditioning the room was extremely hot with external temperature in late 30s. We asked for a fan but none were available. The room was very small for 4 people and the bunk beds could not be moved away from the door style window. This meant that we could not open the window more than 45degrees and when it was open, the person on the top bunk could not access the steps to get up or down. The tap in the bathroom sink only produced hot water, no matter where the mixer tap was set so we had no cold water to clean teeth or cool down with. The pillows were lumpy and unsupportive leaving me with a sore back in the morning. No additional pillows were provided, we had one each. There was no bin in the room for rubbish. That said, the room was clean and checkin was quick. We also enjoyed the range of fresh continental products available for breakfast.

Good stopover hotel
Clean, comfortable, functional hotel ideal for stopover. Recently renovated apparently & it was clean & comfortable enough for a one night stop over on a French road trip. Location isn't the prettiest, being on a sort of industrial estate but if you are just on a stop over then it hardly matters. A clean room and comfortable beds, a good hot shower are much more important!

Good quality for such a low price
I only needed the hotel for a quick overnight stay. Parked my motorbike and was able to chain it and kept it safe and away from the main roads. I also arrived late and the late automated service worked really well. The room was clean and the bed comfy. Not very luxurious at all, but great for the price

Good for an overnight stay.
We stayed overnight on the way to Calais from Italy. The hotel was just what we needed. It's not far from the motorway so didn't take us off our route. The hotel was newly refurbished and the room was quite comfortable for 4 of us. All in all it was good for an overnight stay.

Hotel in Troyes for overnight stay
Overnight stay on way back to UK. The Hotel was comfortable for the price paid. No air conditioning or fan provided and very hot night. Window opens to freeway. Staff were very friendly, drinks at bar very well priced, hotel in middle of repaint and re carpet. I feel a fan could be provided in rooms when no air conditioning is available.

We arrived before 4pm so checked in via the machine outside. When we entered the hotel is smelt damp and musty. The room was supposed to be suitable for a disabled person, but the bed was up against a wall on one side.The carpet had a big stain on it. When we left we had several bites, not sure what from. The internet pictures were nothing like the real thing, and the internet said there was a restaurant but we discovered that was only open during the week and not on a Sunday

Hotel is being re-painted. Smell of paint was overpowering and made us quite nauseous. Also, there were no "!Wet Paint" signs visible and my wife's shoulder bag became marked with paint because she hadn't realised the paint was wet

The hotel is based a couple of miles outside of the city and is used by a lot of business men / traders. However, the staff are friendly and the car park is secure. The room was clean and functional and excellent value. Troyes is a hidden beauty. We never expected to see such wonderful medieval buidings. Well worth a visit.

Good stopover
Nice hotel for the money. Small but functional room - comfortable bed and good bathroom. Did not have breakfast - there was a nice little terrace area to sit out if you wanted - we had our own there!. It's some distance from the city centre - although a very straightforward drive in. Good commercial centre nearby.
