Private parking on the property. South/west-facing terrace and private, unfenced garden of 1000 m², with a shared indoor heated pool (8x4m - open from early April to late September). Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto the living room (quality 140x190 sofa bed) and separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (160x200 bed) and shower room/toilet. Amenities included: Wi-Fi, baby bed/high chair. Included: Electricity, aerothermal heating/reversible air conditioning, bed linens (beds made upon arrival), and towels.
