Beds were comfortable enough, but there was carpet in the bathroom (like from the 90s) and no shower curtain to keep the water contained. "Our stay wasn’t planned but the result of sudden debilitation on the part of my husband who needed more comfort than our small campervan could provide. We certainly found a high level of comfort - beds, hotel amenities generally - as well as the most sympathetic and helpful reception imaginable. The breakfast buffet deserves its award: great variety and high quality. The patronne and her staff were attentive and quickly made us feel at home. Altogether a lovely ambiance for any kind of stay. No evening restaurant, but the main street of the old village is no distance and offers a variety of types of restaurant if you want more than the use of a microwave (also available). Parking is easy in the hotel’s own parking area and access to all Villeneuve facilities is immediate. We’d definitely return on a happier occasion and would recommend to anyone for any kind of stay."
