  • Very spacious house close to many shops, stone construction from 1910 700m from the center of La Canourgue, Tarn gorges and Aubrac plateau 25 minutes by car.
    Ground floor: 2-car garage, hall with armchairs and desk, WC.
    Floor: Large, very pleasant living room of 50m² with a beautiful stone fireplace, dining room open to the living room, kitchen and laundry room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
    Exterior: Fully enclosed wooded park of 1000m², 10
    Sheets and linen included. Firewood provided. Heating €25/day if used.

Wir waren ins Tarngebiet gereist um Motorrad zu fahren. Wir haben eine dafür perfekte Unterkunft vorgefunden, die genau unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen hat.Sehr angenehme Vermieter, riesige Garage, cooler Pool und ein riesiges Haus, das jedem seine Privatsphäre ermöglicht. Wir waren zu siebt.Alles prima, wir kommen gerne wieder!

abri piscine très difficile à manipuler, et de plus odeur d'ammoniac très forte empêchant toute baignade sans ouvrir l'abri contrairement au dire des propriétaires. Propreté très moyenne de la maison, bien que 80.00 euros nous ont été réclamé pour deux personnes (1 seule chambre utilisé et 1 seule salle de bain) même prix si nous avions été plus. Nous avons écourté notre séjour d'une semaine suite à ces désagréments. Nous ne recommanderons pas ce gîte et sommes très déçus. Et pourtant nous louons depuis des années par Abritel.

Gite tres spacieux. Les exterieurs (piscine, terrasse couverte et terrain de petanque, jardin....) sont vraiment tres agreables.Bonnes literies et chambres bien grandes. La deco est d'epoque mais le confort est là. Et c'est le principal.Les proprietaires sont tres sympathiques et accueillants.Notre sejour s'est tres bien passé. La piscine est un reel atout.La localisation permet d'acceder facilement a bcq de visites (l'Aubrac, les gorges du Tarn, le viaduc de Millau, Roquefort...).Nous conseillons ce gite. Et la visite de la region!

Alles Top. Tolle Lage, Pool perfekt. Das Haus ist riesig. Einzige Idee zur Verbesserung, wäre ein Kühlschrank im Erdgeschoss, da die alle oben stehen und das doch ziemlich weit ist bis zum Garten. Vielleicht noch ein paar Liegen für den Pool.

Maison idealement située pour rayonner dans la région. Propriétaires charmants. La piscine est grande et agreable. Domage que les pièces de vie soient à l'étage pour profiter pleinement du jardin. La route est parfois un peu bruyante. Mais nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Fantastisch

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gross, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Den Pool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Der Empfang war herzlich und obwohl wir kein Französisch sprechen, war eine Verständigung mit Händen,Füßen und viel Lachen möglich. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Kleinere Probleme wie der Ausfall des Internets wurden prompt behoben. Sollten wir noch einmal in diese herrliche Ecke Frankreichs kommen, ist dieses Haus unsere erste Wahl. Très belle propriété. Très bon accueil, Très bon suivi pour l'état d'entretien de la piscine Inconvénient : La route très très près de la terrasse.et de l'espace vert où nous passons beaucoup de temps dehors, Non signalée dans les propositions. Egalement : tout à l'étage, ce qui oblige à des allées venues pour les repas sur la terrasse. en bas. Découverte une semaine avant de partir : Information par les propriétaires d'une taxe de séjour de 4% du prix de la location ( délibération de la CDC en NOVEMBRE 2021 )alors que le contrat que j'ai signé en Janvier : soit 8 mois avant n'en faisait pas état c'était O Taxe de séjour + 10 euros de plus pour le ménage ( 80e ) au lieu de 70 e inclus dans le contrat . Je pense qu'un contrat signé est un contrat, Il ne doit pas changer en cours de route . Il faut se mettre d'accord avec les propriétaires avant de faire signer un contrat de location d'autant plus que j'ai été prévenue par mail après le 06 Aoùt, date à laquelle si j'annulais la réservation je perdai mes arrhes .
