Nice appartement, well equipted and easy to have ski rent on site Nice and very herlpfull staff. Place to return to We ordered breakfast. Could have been a bit more generous on yoghurt, cereals, etc.

Super voyage dans les Vosges

Super logement très dépaysant qui s’accorde très bien. Dans l’idée qu’on a des Vosges chalet en bois. Un service incroyable le personnel répond à toutes vos demandes que soit ce soit aussi bien excursion. Renseignement sur les restaurants et même une aide si vous avez besoin de produits ou d’un autre. le lieu est peut-être un petit peu éloigné de la ville plus ou -6 km. Donc voiture nécessaire . Par contre pour les excursions vous avez tous les lacs qui se trouvent dans le quart d’heure à 20 minutes en voiture et si ça vous tente, il y en a même qui sont prêts à pied. Très bon expérience à refaire.

Un appartement premium pour un séjour vraiment premium!!!

la tranquillité, l'emplacement exceptionnel, le confort, l'accueil, la beauté du logement, très chaleureux, les conseils donnés sur les randonnées, la gentillesse de l'équipe. Les matériaux et les équipements sont de qualité. En un mot, tout. Et une envie, celle de revenir... Les 2 robinets dans la salle d'eau sont très beaux et font un bel ensemble mais ils sont trop hauts, et du coup, ça éclabousse dès que l'eau coule. Mais c'est vraiment du détail Suggestion : pourriez vous proposer un petit pack d'entrée à qq euros, comprenant 2 ou 3 rouleaux de papier WC, Sopalin, filtres à café, éponge, produit nettoyant, sel, poivre, sucre, bref, le minimum que l'on doit acheter en quantité à notre arrivée (et laisser en partant), lorsque comme nous, nous sommes en moto et limités en place.

Acceuil chaleureux, logement bien équipé et bien situé par rapport aux pistes, ambiance chaleureuse du logement. De bons souvenirs de vacances en famille Nous avons eu beaucoup trop chaud la première nuit. Bon réglage par la suite du plancher chauffant avec une température agréable en journée mais malgré tout un peu fraîche la nuit, une deuxième couverture aurait été la bienvenue. Canapé lit bruyant

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié votre gentillesse et vos sourires, toujours prêts à rendre service. L’emplacement est très bien, facile à trouver, facile de se garer. L’appartement était superbe, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût pour qu’on se sente confortables. Nous avons apprécié aussi le service de location de matériel sur place, super pratique! 3 petits points à améliorer: -le canapé lit du salon, particulièrement bruyant et inconfortable -le chauffage beaucoup trop fort (nous avons été obligés d’ouvrir la fenêtre certaines nuits) -le wifi dans les appartements

Appartement très agréable

Appartement fonctionnel, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et appareils ménagers de qualité. Nous n'hésiterions pas à revenir si l'occasion se présente! Wi-Fi peu performant et très irrégulier, Pensez à installer des routers/repeaters! Casier à skis un peu limite pour 5 personnes...(pas possible d'y entreposer aussi les chaussures)
