Mountain chalet in La Bresse Htes Vosges label "Family Plus", Gîte de France

Welcome to La Bresse, mountain resort of the Hautes Vosges, in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Ballons des Vosges, the most important ski resort in the North-East of France.

At 870 m altitude, our 3 chalets, labeled "Family Plus", with a capacity of 4 and 6 people are located on a large plot, in a quiet and pleasant site.

Ideal with children, they can play safely, the cottages being on the edge of a private road giving access to 2 other rental cottages. For toddlers, we can provide: cot, high chair, changing mat and other equipment and various games.

You will find on the spot a multitude of activities of full nature: easy walks of different lengths, routes mountain bike or road bike, and, a few kilometers: an adventure park, a school of paragliding and trial, a swimming pool, a ice rink, tennis courts, a climbing wall, an all-season toboggan run, etc.

At 3km, the city center is home to all shops and services. The Brabant ski resort is 7 km away. The ski resorts of La Bresse Hohneck and La Bresse Lispach are 12 km away and there is a Ski School with kindergarten and daycare. Crafts are not left out: visit confectionery, goat, wooden toys factory, linens etc. Alsace and its cellars is close: Colmar and all the vineyards 55 km.
The Hautes Vosges, a region with a strong historical heritage that is full of breathtaking natural landscapes, between the plain and the mountains. Take the time to discover, among other things, the magnificent valley of lakes or the Route des Crêtes, which crosses the Vosges mountains offering an unforgettable panorama.

Un chalet en bordure de forêt

Chalet très agréable, bien conçu et bien situé. Il permet de faire des marches après les leçons de ski du matin.On peut aller à pied visiter un élevage de lamas.

Prachtige plek om te wandelen en bezoek omgeving

Ons gezelschap bestond uit 5 volwassenen en 2 kinderen van 0 en 5jaar. Dit huisje heeft een prachtige ligging boven het dorp La Bresse. Vanuit het huisje loop je zo verschillende wandelroutes op. Het huisje ligt aan een weide met een paar andere vakantie woningen. Een groot voordeel van dit huisje is het prachtige uitzicht vanaf het vrij grote balkon waar je ook de hele dag door zon hebt. Binnen: Het is een knus huis, bestaande uit twee verdiepingen. De inrichting binnen is redelijk gedateerd, vooral de badkamers. De keuken is heel erg klein (vooral als je met een wat grotere groep verblijft) maar is wel van alles voorzien. Het water uit de kraan is gewoon te drinken (heerlijk koud bronwater). Omdat wij het grootste deel van de dag buiten verbleven en het mooi weer was, was het formaat en indeling van het huisje geen probleem. Maar het heeft geen gezellige zithoek waardoor de (grote) keuken tafel de enige plek is waar je met zijn allen kan zitten. Wij waren hier in het voorjaar terwijl er nog sneeuw op sommige bergtoppen lag. De weide voor het huis leent zich goed voor spelletjes, al was het nu nog wat drassig. Door de doodlopende weg heb je weinig last van verkeer waardoor kinderen veilig kunnen spelen rondom het huis. We hadden bij de eigenaar aangegeven of hij ons kon voorzien van een babybedje, aankleedkussen hoge stoel en kinderspelletjes en dat stond keurig in het huisje bij aankomst. Er zijn dekens aanwezig, dit zijn echter geen dekbedden maar een soort wollen spreien. Als je graag onder een dekbed slaapt moet je deze zelf meenemen. Bij aankomst hebben we de eigenaar via sms laten weten dat we er waren en deze kwam ‘s avonds de borg en huur ophalen en vragen of alles naar wens was. De dag voor vertrek heb ik doorgegeven hoe laat wij de volgende dag wilden vertrekken en toen kamen ze netjes op dat tijdstip om de borg te retourneren en de sleutels weer in ontvangst te nemen. Erg aardige mensen, spreken voornamelijk Frans en een heel klein beetje Engels. Wij hebben een prima verblijf gehad in Chalet 28b. Prijs kwaliteit is in verhouding.
