This charming 52 m² flat in La Bresse can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a chalet, it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room and a terrace with an exceptional view of the Vosges mountains.

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with cosy TV area, sofa and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, Nespresso coffee maker and pod coffee maker, raclette machine, waffle iron, electric pancake maker (Crepes-Party)...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and TV.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190), children's books and board games.
- Shower room with shower, WC and washing machine.

Outside:
- A south-east and south-west-facing balcony terrace (approx. 8m²) with views of the mountains and the village, with table, chairs and parasol.
- An individual locked and secure room for your bikes and/or skis, ideal for your sports equipment.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional children's equipment: high chair, baby cot, washing machine, raclette machine, waffle iron, electric crepe maker (Crepes-Party).

The property offers a privileged location, with an exceptional view of the mountains and the Bresse region, all facing south-east, in a peaceful setting and not overlooked!
Just a ten-minute walk from the town centre, you'll find all the local shops you need, including a supermarket, bakeries, butchers, sports shops, DIY stores, chemists, tobacconists, souvenir shops and a sports complex with an ice rink, swimming pool and bowling alley.
From the chalet, you can set off on some lovely walks (booklets and IGN map available).

Activities :
La Bresse, in the Hautes Vosges, is a summer and winter sports resort. The village has been awarded the "Famille Plus Montagne" label, providing a wide range of activities and leisure facilities:

In summer :
- Over 250 km of waymarked footpaths and 200 km of mountain bike trails
- Bol d'Air adventure park: accrobranche, explore game, fantasticable, tyrolienne, paragliding, bungee jumping, etc.
- Visits : Chèvrerie du Brabant, Montagne des Lamas, Confiserie Bressaude, Saboterie, ferme des Rennes
- Gérardmer is 20 minutes away,
- Lac de Longemer (pedalo, paddle, canoe, swimming)
- Alsace villages and vineyards (Colmar 1 hour away).

In winter :
- Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas, including La Bresse-Hohneck (10 minutes' drive from the flat), the largest ski area in the Vosges with aurora and night skiing, free shuttle service.
- Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs).
- Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic ski area, route des Crêtes
- 40 km of snowshoe trails
- Wiidoo Gliss (from age 2)

Events: fête de la jonquille in April, Grandfondo VTT in June, Gerardmer triathlon in September, Xterra in Xonrupt-Longemer in July, Gerardmer fantasy film festival in January...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (only one vehicle in a numbered overhead parking space).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Remiremont station, approximately 27 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg airport, about 1 hour 45 minutes away by car.

- Towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). 6 per person for a bath sheet and a towel.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- No smoking (even on the balcony).
- The meter will be read on arrival and departure. In the event of excessive consumption, a fixed amount will be charged.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the flat for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
