Chalet Les Sapins

Detached chalet Les Sapins of 150 m2 at the foot of the Brabant slopes at an altitude of 900 m with a magnificent view of the entire valley.
Chalet completely renovated at the end of 2022 in a modern chalet style with quality materials combining wood and stone. The comfort of reversible air conditioning has been added but the wood stove still has a very good place in the living room for long evenings by the fire with family or friends.
Equipped with a sauna to relax in and these 5 pleasant cocooning rooms.
Calm and relaxation guaranteed.

This cottage sleeps 12 people in 5 bedrooms.
The ground floor includes a large entrance with plenty of storage, the sauna, a bathroom with toilet, a dormitory-type room (1 double bed + 3 single beds), the washing machine and a dryer as well as the garage.
In this garage you will find a Ping Pong table, a dartboard and 3 children's sledges.
You can also store your bicycles or motorbikes.
On the 1st level is the equipped kitchen (dishwasher, bean coffee maker, ceramic hob, freezer, ....) the dining room with a large rustic table and the sitting area nicely decorated with wood and panelling next to the wood stove (wood provided).
All the necessary appliances for good dishes are available on site (raclette, plancha, crepiere, fondue, ...)
A separate toilet and a bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks complete this level.

On the top level you will find 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms (3 double beds and one with 2 single beds that can be joined.
The cottage also includes a high chair, a baby bath and a travel cot.
The environment will allow you to enjoy nature with many activities:
-Brabant ski resort 8 slopes (less than 100m away)
-La Bresse-Honeck ski resort 33 slopes (12km or 2km from the bus shuttle).
-Gerardmer ski resort 21 slopes (13 km away)
-Cross-country skiing trail.
- Marking for hiking or snowshoeing (less than 100m away)
-Brabant goat farm (less than 1km away).
-Site of the Bol d'air with its many activities (6km away).

For your evenings many board games are available (chessboard, card games, Times'up, Uno, ...)

The rental includes beds made on arrival, towels, water, firewood and electricity for normal use if penalties will be taken directly from the deposit.

An amount of 130 euros for cleaning must be paid to the person who will welcome you

As a reminder, the high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old (we decline all responsibility in the event of an accident).

Because nature is important we want to preserve it from any easily avoidable waste; ashtrays are made available even for the outdoors so at the end of each rental if cigarette butts are found near the chalet (terrace, grounds, barbecue, sewer, window sills, ...) An amount of 200 euros (two hundred euros) will be deducted directly from the amount of the deposit and this for each cigarette butt found.
