This chalet of 100sqm on a land of 800sqm can welcome 8 guests and is just next multiple hiking trails of the Natural park of the Vosges. The chalet is fully equipped and very comfortable. IMPORTANT NOTE: This property requires a security deposit of 500 Euros to be collected separately by the property prior to Check In (Cash or Wire Transfer). The security deposit will be restituted within the week following the checkout (post verification of the chalet by our concierge). RENTING TERMS & CONDITIONS: \- Electricity is included in the price. Excessive consumption of more than 10 Euros per night will be charged to the guests. \- Bed Linen and Bath towels are included in the price. \- Log basket will be systematically full at arrival for Chimney for guests' usage for free. Décorée avec soin et goût. Tout y est pour bien accueillir le vacanciers. La cuisine est très bien équipée, rien ne manque. Les équipements sont au top (jacuzzi, sauna et baby foot) L'accueil par la concierge était pour notre arrivée. Toutes ses explications étaient claires et précises. L'hôte est réactif pour répondre au questions et est précis. Un joli attention nous attendait en plus dans le frigo pour notre week-end qui était pour fêter des anniversaires. Wir waren begeistert von der Lage am Hang mit einem grossartigem Ausblick auf die Berge. Das Haus ist neu und sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Besonders komfortabel ist die Dusche und die Nähe zu einem am Berghang gelegenen Arboretum. Der Vermieter und die Concierge waren sehr kompetent und freundlich. Ein Haus was wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden. Nous avons réservé cette maison à la dernière minute. Nous avons été ravis de sa situation à flanc de colline avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. La maison est neuve et propre, spacieuse et bien équipée.
