Une magnifique ancienne ferme, restaurée avec beaucoup de goût dans le style typique de l’Auvergne. L’emplacement est idyllique, en pleine nature, avec une vue splendide sur les montagnes environnantes. La maison est isolée, à environ 500 mètres de la route principale, accessible par un chemin de terre un peu cahoteux – praticable avec une voiture normale, mais pas recommandé pour une voiture de sport.Malheureusement, l’extérieur était mal entretenu. Nous avons dû balayer et nettoyer un peu pour pouvoir profiter du lieu dans de bonnes conditions. Les chaises de jardin en plastique étaient vieilles et en partie cassées.Autre point à signaler : aucun linge de lit n’était prévu. Nous avons dû le commander par téléphone et il a été livré, ce qui a retardé notre installation après douze heures de route.Malgré ces désagréments, nous avons passé de très beaux jours dans cette maison pleine de charme, située dans un cadre naturel exceptionnel.

Superbe maison bien aménagée au calme et à 5 min de La Bourboule en voiture. On s’y sent bien, c’est cocooning et avec jardin spacieux. Notre hôte Philippe a été aux petits soins, disponible et de très bons conseils. Merci, je recommande !

Nous etions 8 adultes parfaitement conquis par les qualites de la maison: amenagement et decoration superbes, ambiance chaleureuse. Propriétaire tres accueillant et de bon conseil pour les randonnées dans les environs. Commerces à moins de 5 kilometres.

Une super propriété

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Spacieuse, fonctionnelle, avec un grand terrain idéal pour les enfants ! Cette maison est isolée ce qui permet d'être très tranquille, mais à proximité immédiate de La Bourboule. L'emplacement est donc idéal !

Vaste logis très cosy dans un environnement de montagne exeptionnel

Tout près de La Bourboule mais pourtant coupé du monde en pleine nature, l'emplacement est fantastique. Quant au bâtiment c'est une ancienne ferme d'été Auvergnate très joliment et soigneusement restaurée. Intérieurement la vaste pièce de vie et la cuisine attenante sont des espaces chaleureux et conviviaux ou il fait bon se retrouver. J'ose toutefois deux tous petits bémols : La fonctionnalité et l'équipement (vaisselle et ustensiles) de la cuisine sans doute un peu juste à ce niveau de prix. Et peut être un certain manque d'homogénéité dans la décoration et le "standing"des quatre chambres qui peut nécessiter de devoir les tirer à la courte paille ! Pour autant nous y logerons de nouveau sans hésiter si il nous prend l'envie de revenir dans la région. Merci !

Belle maison, chaleureuse et bien équipée. Par contre, considérer qu’il n’y a que 3 couples qui peuvent être accueillis correctement, la 4 ème chambre n’étant équipée que d’un WC et lave-mains et correspond plutôt à un « dortoir » pour les enfants

Grande maison de caractère dans un écrin de verdure

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette grande maison de campagne. L'hôte était disponible et accueillant. Nous avons apprécié le joli aménagement de la maison avec ses meubles en bois, ainsi que ses grandes pièces et nombreuses salles de bain. A quelques minutes seulement de La Bourboule, on avait tout à proximité tout en étant entouré de verdure. Il y avait seulement un petit bémol lié à la pression de l'eau dans une des SdB, ainsi qu'un manque d'eau chaude par moments mais rien de dramatique. NB : l'annonce est inexacte au niveau des lits. Voici ce qu'il faut indiquer : chambre 1 = 1 lit double ; chambre 2 = 1 lit double ; chambre 3 = 2 lits simples ; chambre 4 = 1 lit double + 1 lit simple. Il y a un lit d'appoint également qui se déplie. Voilà !

Très bon séjour d’une semaine. Situation idéale au calme mais à 5 minutes de la Bourboule en voiture ! La maison est propre et confortable. Les salles de bains dans les chambres sont très pratiques. La chambre du haut est un peu fraîche, il faut bien se couvrir! A recommander

Très bon séjour dans un gîte agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre typiquement montagnard / Vue panoramique sur la vallée et la banne D'ordanche Le gîte est idéalement situé à proximité de LA BOURBOULE et du MONT-DORE. De nombreuses excursions à pieds sont à réaliser au départ du gîte. Le gîte est très bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié la cheminée après les balades.
