Studio with kitchenette, with private access via an external staircase: living room area (double sofa bed 160 x 200 cm) with dining table and mezzanine (2 single beds that can be twinned into 1 double bed). Shower room with WC. Total floor area, including attic areas: 34.05m². Outside at the entrance to the cottage with private dining area. Between Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, this comfortable studio is carefully decorated in black and white tones. Outside, a well-appointed space allows you to enjoy moments of relaxation in the open air, surrounded by the natural beauty of the region. Situated in the heart of the rolling countryside of Albanais, this house enjoys a privileged location between Annecy, nicknamed "the Venice of the Alps", Aix-les-Bains, famous for its thermal baths and Lake Bourget (the largest natural lake in France), and Chambéry, the historic capital of the Dukes of Savoy and a city of Art and History. The region is ideal for superb walks and hikes, particularly in the Bauges and Chartreuse regional nature parks. You will also find a wide range of water sports, cultural activities, as well as mountain bike trails and bike rides. This place is perfect for discovering the region, between lakes and mountains.
