"Arrived at the hotel and was immediately greeted by Mandeep who not only welcomed us and informed us of all the wonderful amenities (a great breakfast with a waffle machine, movie nights in the evening, a pool with a water slide, and both laundry and gym facilities), but advised us of fun things to see and do in the city. In fact, the entire front desk staff: Suzanne, Hom, Aman were courteous, helpful and warm. Shweta who cleaned and maintained our room was wonderful and made us feel right at home. The Suite was a nice upgrade! Would definitely stay here again! Hotel was convienent "

"Chateau Frontenac is one of those must stay hotels. A Grande Dame, so to speak. We were Gold Floor, so having access to that private lounge was great for down time and a dessert in the evening. "

"I love how the restaurants, scenic locations and tourist spots were walking distances away. The hotel is very clean with professional staff and have a comforting vibe to it. This is my second time staying at this hotel and will continue to do whenever I visit Quebec City again. Truly recommend this hotel! "
