The only inconvenience was that I had to go to the reception to lodge the complain as no one was responding to the call. I understood it was a busy time as a lot of check-ins were going in."

It is completely set up for families and has all kinds of activities to keep your kids entertained as well as the adults with live music and a Tiki bar at the pool!
