Located in the town of La Bazoche-Gouet, this townhouse offers an ideal location with all shops within walking distance.   
Accommodating up to 9 people with 2 babies,  
The house is very spacious and has all the space needed for a family or a group of friends.  
A pretty electric fireplace without the constraints to enhance your evenings.  
The cottage has smoke detectors in all rooms (the batteries must not be removed under any circumstances for everyone's safety).  
  
At the back of the cottage, you can enjoy a small outdoor space. with deckchairs and barbecue, a table with benches sheltered by an awning. In a quiet area, this garden is fully enclosed.  
A ping-pong table is installed in the garage.  
  
Cars can be parked nearby on the street, a large car park is located on the village square with an electric vehicle charging station is available.  
  
The cottage has WIFI. Gîte of 120 m² composed of:

Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, cooker (vitroceramic), oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee pod and filter, toaster. Access to the terrace via the kitchen.
