Beautifully appointed property, friendly and helpful staff. Well designed and kept garden, a real green oasis. Just few steps from the beach. Restaurant serves great breakfast and dinner was delicious, the best dinner from all places we visited in La Baule.

We loved our stay at the Belle Époque hôtel Castel Marie-Louise! Our room was lovely decorated, the breakfast was incredible (with oysters, kouign-amann, crêpes every day!) and the staff very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the bikes to visit La Baule, and what is awesome is that you have access to most of the amenities provided by the hotels from the group Barrière nearby: spa, swimming pool and gym from l’Hermitage or the Majestic.

Très bon hôtel. Accueil parfait du personnel. Propreté excellente avec respect des règles sanitaires. Petit déjeuner bien servi que ce soit en salle ou dans la chambre. Jardin très agréable. La seule chose que je regrette c'est que je trouve l'hôtel un peu loin du centre ville lorsque l'on veut s'y rendre à pied. et les transports en communs sont inexistants dans le secteur de cet hôtel.

Personnel inqualifié, les tables du petit-déjeuner n'étaient pas préparées, pas d'assiettes ni de verres au buffet, pas de climatisation dans un hôtel 5 étoiles avec une canicule.
