Ce n'est pas une villa qui est louée mais un RDC avec une locataire à l'étage. La villa est située dans une propriété avec la maison du propriétaire à côté. Ses voitures sont garées de partout. Fortunately I was able to park on the street across from the hotel because it was a Saturday night and the parking ban there was not enforced that late or in the morning. Moral of the story: Get there as early as possible so you can grab a space. However, the garage is tight so try on-street parking if your vehicle is big."
