We were traveling with a dog, and the hotel provided everything he needed including a bed and a goody bag. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff helpful, efficient, and friendly.

Hotel was acceptable, with clean rooms and ample breakfast. There is a feeling that it’s overdue a significant refurbishment, but comfortable stay overall. Important note: this might be a cultural difference, but the inclusive spa visit makes flip-flops AND swimming cap mandatory - if you don’t have your own upon arrival the hotel requires you to purchase both from the spa reception. This is somewhat unusual for a 4-star hotel in my experience, so worth specifically mentioning.

María was very kind accommodating and helpful with suggestions of things to see. The Inn is very clean and well managed. The breakfast has local cheese yogart meat breads and produce . It was a lovely stay!
