In L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, just a few minutes from its lively centre and its many Provençal treasures, Villa Côté Sud welcomes you to a newly built house designed for enjoying Provence together, with modern comfort, independent spaces and true moments of relaxation outdoors.

The house is made up of two apartments, one on the ground floor and one upstairs, brought together to create the ideal place to stay with family or friends. Everyone can enjoy their own space, rhythm and privacy, while sharing the pleasure of holidays around the terraces, the garden and the private swimming pool.

On the ground floor, the apartment invites you to slow down from the very first moments. It opens naturally onto the outdoors, with a terrace arranged like a real open-air living space. Settle in for a coffee in the sun, a meal outside, a break on the sun loungers or a quiet moment by the water. The private pool becomes the heart of the holiday, perfect for cooling off after the market, extending long summer afternoons or simply enjoying the gentle pace of the South.

Upstairs, the second apartment offers a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. Accessible via an outdoor staircase, it features a lovely furnished terrace with a relaxation area and a dining space, ideal for enjoying a more elevated, peaceful moment under the Provençal sky. It is the perfect place for a quiet breakfast, a sunny reading break or a summer dinner in a soft and preserved atmosphere.

Inside, each apartment offers a pleasant living area with large bay windows, contemporary and carefully chosen decor, as well as an open-plan kitchen that is both functional and thoughtfully designed. The living and dining areas provide comfortable spaces to gather, share a meal or simply unwind after a day of exploring.

The house has a total of four comfortable bedrooms, each with built-in wall storage, as well as two modern shower rooms. Air conditioning is available throughout both apartments, ensuring optimal comfort even during warm Provençal summer days.

Outside, the house truly comes into its own. Between the terraces, lounge areas, dining spaces, sun loungers, garden with lawn and olive trees, every moment naturally finds its place. In the morning, enjoy the calm. At lunchtime, meals linger in the sunshine. In the afternoon, the pool invites you to cool off. And as the light softens, everyone can gather for a drink in the holiday atmosphere people come to Provence to find.

For added convenience, two vehicles can be parked in front of the house, making arrivals, departures and trips to the most beautiful surrounding villages easy.

Ideally located, the house is just a few minutes from the charming village of Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, while remaining close to the hilltop villages of the Luberon and the Alpilles. Provençal markets, antique fairs, scenic walks, characterful villages and iconic southern landscapes are all within easy reach, making Villa Côté Sud a beautiful base from which to discover Provence in the best conditions.

Practical information

The swimming pool is open from 15 May to 15 October.

A late arrival fee applies for check-ins between 9 pm and 11 pm, at a rate of €50, and between 11 pm and 1 am, at a rate of €90. This fee is payable at check-in.

No check-in is possible after 1 am.

The security deposit must be completed 10 days before arrival through our partner Swikly.
