Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- A 20 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood not provided) \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- A storeroom \- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and two single beds \- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190), a bathroom with shower and WC \- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190), a bathroom with shower \- Bathroom with bath and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. The flat is ideally located in l'île-Rousse, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : \- Water sports: sailing, diving, fishing, Scandola marine reserve... \- 15 minutes away, hiking or horse-riding on the paths of Balagne \- Visit the villages of Balagne: Pigna, Sant Antonino, Lumio, Belgodère... \- 30 minutes away, long-distance hiking trails: GR20, the Bonifatu forest, the Agriate trail... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public car park near the accommodation.
