Living area, bedroom, bathroom, terrace (10 sq.m) with a beautiful view over the bay and Cap Corse. Well equipped, Living room: sofa bed 160x200 cm high-quality sleeping facilities, TNT TV, equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, refrigerator/freezer, extractor hood, oven, washing machine. Bathroom with shower and wc, bedroom with double bed 160x200 cm.
10 walking minutes to the city centre and the beaches, the harbour and the train station. Close to shopping facilities.
L'Ile Rousse has been the first city in Corsica to recently obtain in 2022 the label : "small town of character".

L'appartement correspondait bien à l'annonce. Il est agréable. Les voisins n'étaient pas bruyant( petit bémol les travaux qui se déroulait près de l'immeuble mais dont le propriétaire n'est pas responsable). Nous n'avons eu aucun soucis et si on doit y revenir, on relouerai chez lui.

Séjour agréable, le logement est conforme à sa description. Le centre Leclerc est proche par un petit sentier depuis la résidence. Pour l'équipement, ce serait bien de mentionner que les draps et linge de toilette ne sont pas disponibles. En résumé, bon séjour à l'ile Rousse.

Un excellent séjour en famille
Ma famille et moi avons passé un excellent 1er séjour en Corse dans cet appartement. Il est spacieux, lumineux, moderne, très bien équipé et entretenu. La résidence est calme et idéalement située : à un petit quart d'heure de marche du centre de l'île Rousse et de la plage très belle et familiale (trajet que nous avons effectué quotidiennement sans souci avec nos 2 enfants); à quelques minutes d'un grand centre commercial et des routes desservant Calvi et la Balagne. Le contact avec le propriétaire et les membres de l'agence immobilière à été très chaleureux et accueillant, comme la plupart des gens rencontrés à l'île Rousse qui est un magnifique endroit pour découvrir la Corse. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir lors de prochaines vacances !
