"I was not aware of the £425 deposit we had to put down! The receptionist and colleagues were rude, even dismissive at times. The cabin was clean but univiting, got good we didn’t have a cat as we wouldn’t been able to swing it!! Felt under pressure all the time in case something got slightly damaged. ..."
