Wonderful Hotel,I really enjoyed my stay. Professional and courteous staff. Great location to the Village and slopes. Perfect for families with pool, jacuzzi and billiards. They say they speak English, but not that I saw. It was not an issue.

The check was very easy, they even let us check in a few hours early. The hotel was lovely and clean, the lamp in the room didn’t work but plenty of other lights, the tv wouldn’t connect to the internet so could only watch French tv. Spa area was lovely and relaxing after a busy day skiing. We had one free access per booking so definitely made use of it. The breakfast was brilliant. Hot and cold buffet breakfast so great start to the day. Location of hotel was perfect, not too far from all the lifts. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the bar area was very nice and all the staff were extremely friendly. Would definitely come again.

Great location for ski shop and gondola little bit of a walk to the supermarket and resturants for the little legs but would highly recommend staying for a ski trip.

Basic, be prepared to make your own beds (linen provided but double bed’s flat sheet was too small), and clean the apartment.
Limited toilet paper and no toiletries.
Ski locker corridor, cold swimming pool.
Good location, next to Flaine Forêt ski lifts. There is a spar and ski rental, esf ski lesson shop within 5 mins walk.

Great holiday
This place is lovely has all you need on site clean and thought out well, very peaceful away from the crowd but only a couple of miles from nice villages. Fishing was ok but the lilies really needs to be cleared. It is ideal for a couples, would definitely return. We had our dog with us he loved ...
