It offers an ideal location, at an altitude of 225m, in the south-west of Reunion, in the town of Etang-Salé. The house, independent, not overlooked in a private property, located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, offers you a 180 ° panoramic view of the sea and the mountain, from your bed and from the whole accommodation. A magnificent large private terrace of 35 m2, furnished (1 table with 4 armchairs, 1 table with 4 bistro chairs, 2 deckchairs, 1 parasol), also allows you to take advantage of this exceptional panorama. (A barbecue is also at your disposal). The house, designed for 1 to 4 people, (additional person: consult me) is made up of: \* a main room (very comfortable convertible sofa with 2 places), \* a mezzanine (double bed), \* an equipped kitchen. \* a bathroom with toilet. Animals are not accepted, the interior is non-smoking, but it is possible to smoke on the terrace. 1 parking space, and WIFI access, are available free of charge. It will take you 1 hour to get from the airport. The famous Piton de la Fournaise is accessible in 1 hour 30 minutes. Nous venons de passer un excellent séjour inoubliable dans ce logement. Le logement est très propre, lumineux et fonctionnel mais surtout il a une terrasse "de ouf" sur laquelle nous avons pu prendre déjeuners et repas face à la mer, ce qui est très très agréable ! En plus, la terrasse (sans vis-à- vis) est entourée de végétation (bananiers et palmiers) permettant l'observation des petits oiseaux. Le logement est très bien situé proche des commerces et de la plage. De plus, à partir de l'Étang salé, on peut rayonner facilement vers le sud sauvage, la plaine des palmistes, les cirques de Cilaos et Mafate et le Nord-ouest. Je terminerai en remerciant chaleureusement Laurent pour son excellent accueil. Ce fût un réel plaisir de pouvoir échanger et discuter ensemble! Cette cabane qui surplombe Étang Salé est juste magnifique et on ne se lasse pas de la vue incroyable de cette immense terrasse ! Parmi les points forts que nous retiendrons: - l’accueil chaleureux de Laurent, hôte particulièrement prévenant et généreux de conseils et d'agréments tel que ses bananes (qui entourent la terrasse d’ailleurs) délicieuses ! - si vous êtes plongeurs, Laurent est également un très bon conseiller voire accompagnateur pour vos sorties sous marines !! Nous avons renouvelé l’experience 3 fois. - le logement est parfaitement propre et équipé ! - Isolé, aucun vis à vis, tout est fait pour se sentir chez soi et profiter pleinement de son séjour sans nuisance (hormis le réveil du coq peut être ! et le jour du soleil qui se lève tôt à cette période - env. 5:30) - À proximité, Étang Salé les bains est vraiment une escale sympathique avec sa magnifique plage de sable noir, sans pouvoir s’y baigner, s’y reposer en regardant les vagues est déjà merveilleux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte de Laurent. Le gîte est parfait : emplacement central sur la côte ouest, gîte en très bon état et bien équipé, construit avec beaucoup de goût et de cachet et une vue panoramique imprenable sur la terrasse ! Aucun vis à vis et endroit très calme, très ressourçant. Laurent est disponible tout en étant discret. Très bon accueil de sa part et de sa famille !!! Également moniteur de plongée, nous avons fait un baptême de plongée avec Laurent inoubliable et magique !!! Si nous revenons à la Réunion, nous reviendrions sans hésiter dans le gîte ! Vor allem die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters möchte ich hervorheben. Die Unterkunft bietet alles notwendige, was zum Kochen und Leben benötigt wird. Die Lage ist gut um sowohl Ausflüge in den Norden als auch in den Süden oder ins Zentrum der Insel zu machen. Der Vulkan Piton de la Fournaise, Trou de Fer und das Cap Noir sind absolute Highlights auf der Insel und alle gut von der Ferienwohnung aus erreichbar. Einzig der Mangel und die vielen Mücken würde ich als negative Punkte aufführen. Daher auch ein Stern Abzug. Aber wenn man das vorher weiß, kann man sich entsprechend vorbereiten und daraud einrichten. Sollten wir nochmal die Chance haben la Réunion zu besuchen kommen wir wieder. Den einmaligen Ausblick lassen wir uns nicht entgehen! ##### Bianca F. La terrasse est à tomber surplombant l océan Indien. Très confortable et propreté irréprochable, la description est conforme à la réalité, pas de mauvaise surprise ! Le propriétaire toujours disponible et incollable sur son ile est charmant et très prévenant (bières au frais à notre arrivée), son acceuil fut excellent.
