Breakfast was what Americans might call "continental", with local sweets to go with an espresso, fruit and yogurt. The only downside was that the one-way street outside my window was a bit noisier than I would have expected for not being right in the city center. In any case, when I return to L'Aquila, I would definitely stay here again!"
