The hotel has about 30 others in the city. The check-in is online which made me nervous but all went well. The location is ok to walk into town which takes around 25 minutes. When we arrived the toilet seat was broken and no towels in the room. If they had been taken care of the room was excellent. Small kitchen with stove, microwave, dishes, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and table for 6. We had difficulty with controlling the AC unit but all worked well. I would've given them a 5 star if all was good when we arrived.

Convenient and great views, but quite dated. We had a room with a balcony that looked out over Dufferin Terrace and the Chateau Frontenac, which was spectacular! But the decor felt very much like it was decorated in the 80’s and not touched since. Strange bathroom setup with huge footprint but small shower. No elevator, so you’ll lift your bags up several flights of stairs. Despite that, the location can’t be beat and waking up to look out over the river and the terrace is unmatched! Air conditioning and fan worked great, staff very helpful, convenient parking on site.
