Malheureusement, nous avons constaté qu’aucune amélioration n’a été apportée depuis, et que l’état général s’est au contraire détérioré, sans réel souci d’entretien. Pour une location à plus de 2000 la semaine, cela nous paraît inadmissible.À titre d’exemple, la poubelle est cassée, la porte d’entrée ne ferme correctement qu’avec la poignée utilisée comme cale, le plan de travail était gras, un chiffon sale nous attendait, tout comme un barbecue non nettoyé. La porte du réfrigérateur se détache régulièrement, la balayette des toilettes était dans un état repoussant, et aucun torchon propre n’était disponible.Nous avons signalé ces problèmes et demandé des solutions simples : réparation du frigo, remplacement de la balayette, fourniture de torchons propres… Or, rien n’a été réellement fait, hormis une ampoule remplacée dans une chambre et le retrait de cotons-tiges sales qui étaient restés dans la salle de bains. Une nouvelle balayette a bien été apportée, mais l’ancienne, toujours aussi sale, nous a été laissée à charge.Venus en famille, j’ai eu honte de faire découvrir à ma femme et mes enfants un lieu aussi négligé pour leurs vacances. En effet nous occupons l’étage de la maison avec un accès par l’extérieur. (Le propriétaire se réserve le rdc de la maison qui n’est pas occupé pendant la période de location) l’extérieur est donc privatif. Ce qui rend le prix un peu élevé pour la prestation. L’accès au grand garage est un réel atout. La piscine est superbe. Extérieurs parfait top ce qui fait monter la note.Pisicne , palmiers , pelouse , entretenues c'est vraiment beau. Par contre l'intérieur demande vraiment un gros rafraichissement, c'est vraiment dommage. Douche, baignoire vétuste, bonde de fond rouillée. Meubles de cuisine qui se désagrège à vu d'œil, hotte qui tient avec du scotch, clim qui fuit dans une chambre. On est resté dans les années 80'. La piscina es una gozada, grande para ser una piscina esclusiva de la casa. Medirá unos 11 metros y cubre entre 1,20 y 2,10 metros. Le da el sol todo el día. La zona del solarium también, muy amplio. La casa bien, quizás un poco antigua y trotada. Por ejemplo el sofá está para cambiarlo, las camas bien. El menaje y demás muy bien, no echamos de menos nada. Wifi très apprécié des ados. 2 bémols : des poeles trop petites pour 6 personnes, mais de bonne qualité ce qui est rare en location. Et 1 seul jeu de clé pour 6\. Après une discussion, nous en avons obtenu 2 supplémentaires. Indispensable, y compris pour la sécurité des occupants.
