VILLA PINEDA

Villa Pineda is a villa situated on the south of Costa Dorada, in the village of l'Ampolla managed by Catalan Ways.



We have two offices in l’Ampolla to give support and information on all aspects of your holiday on the Costa Dorada; our job is to make sure you have all the knowledge you need to have the wonderful holiday you deserve.



Villa Pineda is akin to renting a forest near the beach. Wrapped in a pine forest with entry through automatic gates and private pool, this 2,400 m of mature pine trees offers the ultimate in privacy. Located in the idyllic setting of Cap Roig resort, the villa is 400 m to the best beach in the area. The pool is newly built with sun-deck, bespoke barbecue hut, al fresco dining under the carob trees with large terrace, breakfast area and lots of cool space. This holiday villa is surprisingly spacious with an open plan living and dining area, independent kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms and with a sleeping capacity of eleven. The villa is furnished in the comfortable style of the 70's, a property with no fuss but well maintained and with the genteel air of a country residence. Entry is through automatic gates down a driveway of pine trees. This villa is certainly a holiday home of contrasts, with one toe in the sea and the other in a natural paradise.



This beautiful part of the Spanish Mediterranean, known as the Gold Coast, is famous for its mountains sweeping down to golden sandy beaches. Costa Dorada has a unique climate that is warm in summer and mild in winter.



L'Ampolla is a fishing village that has happily avoided being a tourist destination. Famed through-out the Costa Dorada for its cuisine, the oysters, razor clams and fish all come straight from the waters of the bay. While it does have a gentle pace of life with great beaches, there is still jet ski rental and boat hire for fishing, beach volleyball tournaments and a summer season night-club, music concerts and festivals to provide lots of interesting variety.

Parfait !

Tout était parfait , de la remise des clés à l’agence , jusqu’à la fin du séjours. Nous sommes restés 2 semaines. En arrivant le portail électrique était cassé du à la tempête.. ils l’ont réparer le jour même sans que l’on demande quoi que ce soit. Ils ont était hyper réactif et gentil concernant des petites demande que nous leurs avons fait. Je vous recommande totalement cette villa. Encore merci à toute l’équipe pour votre gentillesse. Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine à coup sûr ! La seule choses serait peut être de mettre un canapé clic clac plus confortable que le jaune qu’il y a de présent dans la petite chambre. Ou mettre des lits double à la place des petits lits simple ou à la place justement du clic clac.. mais sinon tout était parfait !

Les photos de la Villa sont très bien prises et sur vendeuses. Le terrain est bien comme évoqué, tout comme la piscine mais sale. En revanche un logement pour 10 personnes et un lave vaisselle pour deux personnes. Il y a incohérence. Les passages des trains sont beaucoup trop réguliers et bruyants.

Buenas vacaciones

Nos ha gustado mucho la situación de la casa, la tranquilidad de la zona, la casa cumplía las expectativas, la piscina ideal y toda la zona de árboles ideal. Se debería mejorar cosas referente al mantenimiento de la finca. Había muchas bombillas fundidas, que no se vinieron en ningún momento a cambiar, tanto dentro de la casa como en el exterior. Tan solo un ventilador para toda la casa en pleno mes de agosto, el calor era insoportable por la noche. Gracias a la agencia que nos proporcionó otro. El tema de la limpieza ha mejorar, ya que se paga un cargo de 180 euros aparte, y había zonas por donde no se había pasado ni la escoba, encontrándonos hasta ropa interior de anteriores huespedes. Por tanto, el mantenimiento y limpieza habría que mejorarlo.

Villa pineda, espectacular!

Hola, hemos estado 5 niños y 4 adultos, la casa fenomenal, todo ok. La piscina la hemos disfrutado muchísimo. La estancia en general muy bien. Sin duda 100x100 recomendable. Volveremos sin duda. La campana de la cocina no funcionaba y las luces del exterior tampoco. Es la única pega.

Belle villa bien située avec un très beau jardin et très grand idéal en famille

La proximité de la plage La piscine Le grand jardin La literie Les ustensiles de cuisine: il n'y avait pas d'econome, tir bouchon, grand saladier.... Pas assez de matelas de piscine un peu juste 2 matelas pour 6 chaises... La chaleur dans la maison pas assez de ventilateurs
