We have two offices in l’Ampolla to give **support** and information on all aspects of your holiday on the Costa Dorada; our job is to make sure you have all the knowledge you need to have the wonderful holiday you deserve. **Villa Las Gaviotas** is a wonderfully landscaped holiday villa that is really comfortable and well thought out. The **huge pool** and sun terrace have its own private pool house with fridge, lounge to relax, and shower room/bathroom facility. It makes being in the pool area ultra-nice and comfortable. The other great thing is that while the pool is located in the wonderfully landscaped gardens and near the villa, it is far enough away for you to sit in the conservatory and have a calm herbal tea while everyone plays water-polo. Villa Las Gaviotas is a large property with three reception rooms, an independent kitchen, four bedrooms and parking for five vehicles. It can accommodate up to eight people and there is so much space and nooks and crannies, it is easy to do just your own thing, read a book and do some work (if needs be!). Perhaps another name we could call Las Gaviotas is 'Villa De Los Juegos' (the Villa of Games) as there is a pool table, table football and great 10x5 m pool. All in all, a lot of fun. One of the three lounge area is the dedicated games area, the second is a TV lounge and the third is with sofas and large coffee table that have views of the gardens to chill. There is an al fresco dining area with canopy for shade, an independent kitchen, a barbecue zone and numerous sun deck areas. Three of the bedrooms have double beds and the last one has a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms . The house has free Wi-Fi and because it is a bungalow, everything is on the one level and easily accessed. The large garden is beautifully landscaped and offers lots of shade so if the mood takes you, it makes an ideal short stroll. In fact, if the mood took you, you could easily walk to the lovely village of l'Ampolla as it is just 4 km away with its many sandy beaches. And this is the big point. While Villa Las Gaviotas offers space and rural charm, it is also very near the coast and the great facilities and restaurants of the village. This beautiful part of the Spanish Mediterranean, known as the Gold Coast, is famous for its mountains sweeping down to golden sandy beaches. **Costa Dorada** has a unique climate that is warm in summer and mild in winter. L'Ampolla is a fishing village that has happily avoided being a tourist destination. Famed through-out the Costa Dorada for its cuisine, the oysters, razor clams and fish all come straight from the waters of the bay. We had a relaxing and nice week in your Little beautiful City. Finka I can say i Would prefer for the Next Time again. I Really like the Pool with Salt water! Also the big area is Good to discover. We had a perfect stay, only thing is the mosquito's and fly's but that's part of staying in land. L'Ampolla itself was also a very nice and welcoming little town. Hat alles was man braucht, für die kleinen eine kleine Schaukel, mehr brauchts neben Pool und Platz nicht. Das Haus selber ist gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist gepflegt. Die Aussicht, die Ruhe und das Anwesen haben wir sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Les salles de bain sont très vieillottes et peu fonctionnelles. Une des cabine de douche n'a pas d'eau chaude. L'électricité est à revoir. Les 3/4 des verres étaient ébrèchés, nous en avons racheté . Lors de fortes pluies la maison prend l'eau par endroit. Il ne faut pas quitter la maison lorsqu'il pleut, les routes sont inondées. Disfrutamos muchísimo de ella por todos los servicios que tiene. Es muy grande y tiene mucho sitio para poder hacer muchas cosas.Está retirada del pueblo pero nosotros buscamos eso. La tranquilidad. Que el servicio del mantenimiento de la piscina respete que si vienen a hacer su trabajo llamen al timbre para que les abran, y no entren ellos con sus llaves con los inquilinos a dentro. Lo único malo los mosquitos y las moscas que estaban muy pesadas pero eso no lo puedes controlar. La piscina es fabulosa y con mucho terreno a su alrededor. Mesa de Ping pong, billar y futbolín fueron de gran ayuda para disfrutar de estos días.Cocina pequeña pero muy bien equipada. Camas cómodas. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo. La parte negativa de su ubicación tranquila y alejada es precisamente que está demasiado alejada del centro y necesitas siempre coche para llegar a cualquier sitio. Sin duda la parte más negativa es el calor en el interior de la casa. Dormíamos con ventiladores. Lo peor era estar durante el día en las salas de estar y de billar que era como un invernadero. Los ventiladores no son suficientes. No logramos sintonizar los canales españoles en la TV y hubiese estado bien que al llegar ya estuviesen sintonizados. ---
