Négatif : équipement obsolète, manque de vaisselles, manque de couverts, manque de plats et casseroles. Pas de rideaux aux fenêtres avec vis à vis important. Aucun parasol pour déjeuner en extérieur. Pas de climatisation juste des petits ventilateurs donc très chaud la nuit. Moustiquaires cassés ou absents, pas de fer à repasser ni aspirateur. Pas d’allume gaz.Gros vis à vis sur la piscine avec ce qui ressemble à une caméra de surveillance des voisins dirigée dessus. Extérieur mal entretenu, portail voiture vétuste.
