The 110m2 house is located in the Las Tres Cales area of ​​l'Ametlla de Mar only 130m from the beach, 40km from Port Aventura and 45km from Reus Airport. It is distributed on a single floor and in the outdoor area you will find two equipped terraces with beautiful sea views, chill out area, hammocks, shower and a barbecue. The 3 bedrooms have 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 2 single beds. It has 1 bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, private parking area and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property. Pets are allowed with an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. Groups of young people under 28 years of age are not allowed.
