Loved the staff, Diego was super, as was Idania. Bunk bed was great - comfortable, clean. Would recommend that the Hostal encourage guests (and staff) to use earbuds/headphones when watching stuff on their phones while in dormitory/dining room/interior patio room off of the bedrooms and kitchen. The bathroom shower areas would benefit from improved ventilation and air circulation. Great central location AND away from the madding crowds of the Ramblas. Fantastic and handsome hostel!

A little variation on breakfast food would be nice. It got pretty repetitive. On 2 occasions, we were too early for breakfast and they provide "picnic" bags of food. Some English speaking TV channels would be nice.

The hotel was great and the staff were very attentive. I would have rated the overall experience exceptional but my designer sunglasses were taken from my room by one of the cleaning staff. The one day that we allowed them to clean the room, my sunglasses went missing from the side table. I would advise any traveler to lock up your valuables.

This very well located hotel is very convenient to the Sagrada Familia , but far enough away to not have the tourist atmosphere. The large selection of restaurants nearby have a wide selection of varied ethnic types of food. The breakfast at this location is very much worth the cost,
