A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes. IMPORTANT NOTE: Avalon is located on private property. While you may hear occasional weekday traffic—mostly from locals commuting to work—weekends are generally quiet with minimal vehicle noise.
