It is a perfect place for families and friends to share. The village of Letterfrack can be reached within 5 minutes, and Leenane village can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The local villages will provide all you need for your self-catering stay. Clifden town is reachable within 20 minutes by car and offers more shops, restaurants, and services. Nearby you will find Connemara National Park, Diamond Hill, Kylemore Abbey and Killary Fjord. Boat trips and tours are also available nearby as well as many scenic walks and drives. You are a just a short drive from lots of beautiful sandy beaches along the Renvyle peninsula, where you can swim, walk, or enjoy kayaking, surfing, coasteering or paddle boarding. Facilities: 3 Bedrooms - Sleeps 6\. A well-presented refurbished Cottage with a modern and neutral palette with high-quality furnishings and fittings throughout. The accommodation is all on one level and compromises of a spacious dining and lounge area, adjoining kitchen, and three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms consist of two double bedrooms and one twin room. The fully equipped kitchen has all modern conveniences including, electric oven & hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer. An external adjoining plant room houses a shared washer and dryer with the apartment next door. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable seating, coffee table, and SMART TV. Bedroom 1 & 2 are spacious double rooms complete with ensuite bathrooms with shower, sink and WC and provide ample storage for clothing and belongings. Bedroom 3 is a twin room with two single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC. The cottage is oil central heated throughout. Wi-Fi is available. Electricity and wi-fi is included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels are provided. Sorry, no pets. Cot and highchair available. Smoking is not allowed. Short breaks are available.
