The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty unremarkable, coffee was dishwater. Wish there was a clock/alarm clock in the room. Basically rooms could stand an update.

The hotel was clean and the staff were all amazing. The only drawbacks were 1. The rooms didn't have refrigerators or microwaves 2. The parking situation. We were aware and prepared for the parking situation ahead of time. We thought we would try to save some money and self park though instead of valet. All of the elevators in the garage were out of order. Fortunately we didn't have a ton of luggage, but if we had, that would have been arduous. Overall though this hotel was great. We would definitely stay again. It is walkable to all of the downtown attractions including The Great American Ballpark and Paycor Stadium. There are numerous restaurants nearby too.The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.

Very reasonable rate. Staff was very accommodating if putting me in a nice room. The breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel with many options. Staff at breakfast was very helpful and attentive to any needs.
Not to mention, being iconic as being the building from the opening scene of WKRP in Cincinnati!!
Also, an easy walk to Great American Ballpark!

"The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I wish that the hotel and casino were a little closer together but there's an enclosed walkway to and from. The casino is very nice they just need a bar closer to the entrance where most patrons play."
