This absolutely amazing one of a kind two bedroom apartment is located in arguably the best area of Kiev. It offers the best of both worlds – meaning that you can reach the main street of Kreschatik with a 10 minute walk or just as easily walk down the street and reach true historic center of Kiev called Podol (aka Podil). The street where the apartment is located is famous for being not only picturesque but also a market place for all Ukrainian arts and crafts. Also directly downstairs is a wonderful coffee shop along with a French restaurant. You may easily walk also down the street to reach Kontraktova square along with dozens of restaurants, cafes and nightclubs located on Sagaidachnogo Street. All of downtown attractions are within short walking distance. The area where the apartment is located is also home to most embassies and consulates of Kiev, making it one of the safest and more desirable places to be while in Kyiv. The apartment is located in a historic penthouse, on the 6th floor with 24 hour door person (building with elevator). It features a spacious living room with couch (convertible to full sized bed), 25 Inch TV with cable (over 100 channels including English), high speed Internet via Wi Fi, coffee table and an Air Conditioner.

The apartment features two fully private bedrooms, the master bedroom is equipped with king sized bed and additional TV for your viewing pleasure. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and a laptop work desk area. Both bedrooms contain large wardrobe spaces and each features its own Air Conditioner. All rooms are fully private and separate. The apartment also features a spacious kitchen area with everything required for meal preparing including a dining room area for up to five people, microwave, and dish washing machine. It also features two bathrooms, equipped with shower cabin, bath tub and washing machine. The most amazing feature of this apartment is the views it offer. All of the rooms, including kitchen contain windows offering arguably the best Kiev view imaginable, varying from Podol Catherdal, to river view to panoramic view of Podol.

Great Location, horrible apartments but great views.

Great Location, horrible apartments but great views. It was more expensive than other hotels. It can sleep 4. Great location and awesome view. The building and elevator very frightening. The bathrooms were pretty subpar. The shower had little water pressure. The toilets had to be flushed several times. The wifi was good. The floors dirty, but they provided disposable slippers. Checkin was okay. Taxis cannot drive directly there. It was not romantic at all.
