The property itself is reasonable. But reception dealing with poblems were terrible! The spa photos are great. But reality different. I had to leave spa after 20 minutes of entering and stop the massage ( not professional masseur), cold spa, dirty jacuzi, you had to look for lights in spa, waiting for the masuer and the towels to arrive! It was a bazzar hammam and not hotel spa! Price was €105\. I had to fight not to pay for 2 days! They insisted I pay in full. But I paid half at the end! My day was spoiled andi was left angry! I was decieved nd cheated by the hotel.
