This is apartment, not hotel. But one of the best ways to accomodate in Kiev.

The rooms are big and well kept, the high ceilings are a nice touch. Elevator access is always great although you have to press the buttons a few times to work. The bed is comfortable and the TV’s are nice and the cleaning lady is one of the prettiest I’ve ever seen. But I wasn’t aware of the apartment next door being gutted into 4 separate apartments and an extremely loud construction zone right behind the bedroom walls. It doesn’t make sleep an easy when you have power drills and skilsaws grinding on the wall inches from your head. Nice apartment nonetheless, but be aware of unavoidable 140+ decibels until 8:00 pm every weekday. I would book this apartment again, but only after the construction next door is 100% completed and verifiable before placing a booking.

Shota Rustavelli St. No: 44 KİEV adresindeki dairede 3 gece ve yaklaşık 4 gün kaldım, wi-fi nin olduğu yazılı olduğu halde dairede wi-fi kullanmam hiç mümkün olmadı. Sorunu ilettiğimde teknik arıza olarak açıkladılar, ama çıkış yaptığım zamana kadar HİÇ wi-fi kullanamadım. Yatak odası camının önüne metal bir platform yapmışlar, Üst katlardaki 10-15 adet klimanın suyu bu platforma damlıyor, Klimalar yoğun olarak kullanıldığı için damlaların sesinden uyumak mümkün değil. Bunu da ilettim, oda değişikliği talep ettim, Müdürlerine ileteceklerini söylediler ama değiştirmedikleri gibi yanıt bile vermediler. Saat sabah 9,00 da vardığımız halde, odaları saat 14.00 e kadar vermediler. Odaların boş olduğunu zannediyorum. Ancak, odanın çok temiz olduğunu, iyi döşendiğini söyleyebilirim. Merkezi konumda olduğu da söylenebilir. Ama klima sularınıın damlama sesi ve wi-fi olmaması nedeni ile kesinlikle ÖNERMİYORUM.ÖNERMİYORUM Kamil PITRAKLI

Fantastic trip was met by a lovely member of stafff called darina. she worked very hard and well to make sure I was settled in properly and handled all the checkin and paper work the apaprtment was clean and lovely checkout time is a point as at 12 you will need to be out as per terms but overall wonderful apartments and stay

Nicely renovated apartment suite in downtown

The suite was beautifully renovated in an older building in the downtown core, close to the subway. Checking in is a little inconvenient as it was a block from the apartment but it worked fine.

Stayed for a week in the last week of April. Room was very warm so had to have air conditioning on all night. Very close to metro, restaurants and places of interest. Very clean. Friendly customer service from Lizel and Svetlana and they arrange taxi transfer to and from airport if required. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Nice new Studio Apt on "5th Ave" of Kiev

The studio was new, well appointed and equipped, spacious, clean and modern. Mattress was comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful, changed towels daily and sheets every 4 days. Great central location. Entrance, stairways, hallways and small elevators a little dingy, but once in the apt quite nice.

Modern and comfortable studio apartment with a nice jacuzzi. The only thing that the studio doesn't have is a stove. The employees at reception were very friendly and helpful. They also provide a free taxi from their office to the apartment itself.

Quality an issue! I was picked up at airport, but taken to the main office only. told the apartment was only 150m away, it was actually about 800! so had to carry bags all the way. Then locked out of room last night for 2 hours due to door lock issues. ruined last night. I received refund for airport transport as a result, $11. Big deal! The room is nice, but the bed is horrible. Not a real mattress! Serious problem on the back. Local area is so/so. Not worth the price overall. Management is an issue as well.

The location of the apartment was central to everything and meant we could stroll around without forever needing to pull out a map, the apartment was equipped with everything we needed and was a lovely place to come back to after a long day of sight seeing. Location is great, apartment looks shabby from outside,but once in is fine.just needs a room Safe Make sure you have airport pick up as finding check-in and apartment first time you'll get lost. A Great city & nice people have a good time.
