Great Hotel and Very Good Value

The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were professional and helpful. The only minor complaint was there were no coffee making facilities in the room.

Here is so clean and comfortable. Even though i can change my pillows. All staff are polite and kind. When i have a chance to come to Kiev, i will use again.

Jag har bott på hotellet flera gånger. Senaste gången jag bodde där såg jag i efterhand att dom debiterat mig turist-tax två gånger, men brydde mig inte om det. När jag kom tillbaka gången efter så sa dom att jag inte betalat för en cola från förra gången, vilket inte stämmer då jag inte dricker läsk. Jag förklarade det, men dom skulle ha pengarna. Tog då som ett exempel att jag inte sa ngt om dom gjorde fel med turist-tax. Även OM jag hade missat att betala för en cola, på ett dyrt hotell när man bott flera gånger och återkommer gång på gång. Pinsamt att ens ta upp detta med läsken. Jag kommer inte bo på Alfavito något mer, har även berättat för mina kollegor som bor där och alla tar nu avstånd. Pinsamt att kräva betalningen för en läsk för förra gången när jag dessutom inte har druckit någon. Vi är nu 7 st kunder ni tappat.

I have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions but noticed that it's lacking in service. Very noisy guests late at night with doors slamming. Unfortunately I will not be returning .

The hotel was not far from the centre of Kiev and there were lots of places to eat and drink near the hotel. The hotel bar was a reasonable price for food and drink and the food was amazing! The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We came over from England and the receptionist English was excellence. Highly recommend and I will be coming back to stay at this hotel in the future!

Nice hotel refreshingly free from the chain feel. Spacious rooms and bathrooms with decent size beds. Shower temperature was very erratic in my room and the HVAC control seemed to have a mind of its own. Other than that, an enjoyable stay.

This property is safe and secure, they have an excellent spa for hair styling and massage, it is close to Metro only 2 blocks, if you know metro you can come here by taking the Train from KBP to the Main train terminal and then take a blue line train to "Palats Ukraina" total price for on way trip to airport less then 100 rph. as opposed to paying 2000 rph by taxi, it is a great savings, my advice in Kyiv, Metro is the way to travel.

The trip was good overall. The bathrooms were small. Even though I picked a superior room. I couldn’t move well in the shower. Location was acceptable. Metro station very close and lots of restaurants nearby. I stay in better places in Kiev before. I will not go back to the hotel again only because the bathrooms were small. The hotel was fairly clean. You can find lots of restaurants down the street.
