Serena is expensive but it’s a great spot to “land” when you come to Kampala. The grounds are fantastic, the pool is excellent, and the service is great. Centrally located, high security - a great place to stay when you’re in Kampala.

Checkin is 2-3pm, not 11am as per Expedia. Too conservative on resources, water dispensers are switched off, a/c is off in some rooms like gym, bathrooms didn’t smell good or fresh, etc Price was decent though considering alternatives.

Beautiful two-level, fully furnished 4 bedroom house with WiFi
Overall beautiful home , great communication with the owner but they were not ready for us at check in. In fact they seemed surprised
