- Enjoy a relaxing stay in this planed log semi-detached apartment of 62.5 + 24 m² in the peaceful Itä-Ruka (East Ruka) area of Vuosselinrinne, right by the Vuosseli slopes. Built in 2004, the apartment is bright and spacious and especially popular with families and winter sports enthusiasts. It features a private electric sauna, a cozy fireplace and an air source heat pump for summer cooling, with cross-country ski tracks 100 m away and the Masto ski slopes 600 m from the door. K-Market Valley is 2 km away, Sale RukaMarket 5.5 km, Ruka Village Square 4.5 km, and both Kuusamo town and the airport 28 km.
The apartment is laid out on one floor with an additional loft sleeping space above.
Living room & Kitchen: The bright open-plan living room and kitchen area offers a fireplace, comfortable seating with a TV, radio and CD player, and a dining table. The kitchenette has an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and electric kettle. Wireless internet, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment and a high chair are also provided.
Bedrooms & Loft: Two bedrooms each have a double bed. The loft adds four more sleeping places with two single beds and a double bed, so the apartment sleeps up to eight guests.
Bathroom & Sauna: The bathroom has a toilet, shower, washing machine, hairdryer and a drying cabinet for outdoor clothing. Connected to it is your own private electric sauna.
Outdoor area: Step out onto the porch/terrace to enjoy the fresh Ruka air. The property has its own parking space with a car heating plug (sähkötolppa) and a wood storage with firewood for the fireplace. Please note that EV charging is not possible at the property and that pets are not allowed.
Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
