Le personnel est souriant et bienveillant, c'est vraiment agréable. Le seul point négatif est la quantité astronomique de moustiques. Det er på alle måder en magisk oase midt i byen. Vi havde en privat villa med pool og havde de bedste dage nogensinde på dette sted. Vi kan ikke anbefale dette nok. Une propreté absolue, de la verdure partout, une piscine magnifique. Le spectacle des carpes Koï devant la terrasse de la chambre est fascinant et en complément on peut apprécier la visite des tortues ou des pintades de l'hôtel. Personnel très serviable et extrêmement sympathique. Le petit déjeuner à choisir sur le menu est assez complet et très bon. J'ai essayé plusieurs options et je n'ai pas été déçu. ca manque un peu de choix pour les carnivores. L'hôtel est situé dans une petite rue très calme à proximité de la rue principale qui regorge de bars, restaurants et boutiques en tous genres. L'hôtel propose des scooters à la location mais les petits modèles sont dans un état déplorable. On a opté pour le Nmax, un peu plus cher mais tout neuf et plus confortable, surtout à 2\. Le seul point négatif pour moi, un wifi d'un autre temps, quasi inexistant par moment. A améliorer rapidement! Atmosfera rilassante e lussuosa. La nostra camera era una villa semiaperta con piscina privata, piante tropicali ovunque, camera da letto con tetto in legno e bagno e doccia all'aperto. We had a one bedroom villa and it was just blissful and super quiet, just what we needed. The bed was super comfy. The restaurant staff at breakfast were very friendly and breakfast was delicious everyday. We didn’t see anyone eating there at night. Only negative would be that the water from the shower, bathroom and kitchen had a bit of a stench which was very off putting during a shower. Overall our stay was amazing. All staff at Jivana Resort are extremely polite, hospitable, professional and extremely thoughtful. Adrian and the management team are always very hospitable and were available to make your stay memorable. I personally sent emails to confirm transfers and to notify the management of Jivana Resort that our flight had been delayed and within minutes I received a response of acknowledgement which was pleasing to receive. The poolside villas are lovely, and the King bed is of great quality ensuring a good sleep! The facility was maintained at a very high standard and the pool area, restaurant and common area were impeccable. Jivana Resort is certainly the place to stay in the South Lombok (Kuta) region! The rooms were lovely, the bed was super comfortable, the whole room was super comfortable and spacious with a huge outdoor bathroom. It’s in a great location. The staff were fantastic and the breakfasts very delicious. We found the pool to be too hot (an Indonesian/humid climate thing?) and the wifi was no good. And yet I’m still giving it a 5 because it’s just that nice and very affordable. This was our third time here, we have been living on part time in Lombok since many years and sometimes we take a mini holiday away from every day life. This place is just great in every aspect; very nice staff, good food, great pool area. But the best part are the extremely comfortable beds, pillows and sheets! Makes you want to really relax. We have stayed in several other hotels in Kuta and none of them is even close to this when it comes to comfort and service. Requested to reception, but nothing changed . Sink drain is bad , once you use water for 30 seconds after you should stop water for a while to let water out of from sink. There is spa in room massage. I did 75 mins massage plus 10 mins free massage Massage lady prepare thing in the room for 20 mins After i signed on the board , i put time 20:40 pm And she finished massage 21;40 pm I asked her is it 60 mins massage or 85 mins massage. She said that my booking was 20:20 pm Then is it no problem? You prepared thing to do massage in the room for 20 mins , is it all included in the massage time..? More funny thing , when i talked like that, she said will give 25% discount, i dont want to get deal with her, but she forced me to sign on the bill, i just took bill and went to reception to complain, receptionist said will check Next day , their answer is same , they will give 25% discount, thats it. There is no customer service at all. This spa price 21% additional for tax. And massage lady didnt wash my feet just touch directly with oil, and touch all my body with same hands. I just arrived and was very tired so asked to get massage immediately, can u guess how i felt dirty, I refused her to touch my face and hair. Staff réactif et à l’écoute. Lit d’un confort sans égal. Chambre spacieuse. Positionnement parfait : tres central, proche de tous les bons restaurants et plages, tout en étant dans une ruelle silencieuse. Ainsi, on a tout à côté et le luxe du calme tout au long du séjour. Je tiens également à mentionner la très belle végétation de l’hôtel et son excellent entretien. Le personnel fait du très bon travail. Très belle addition du koï pond. Je recommande les yeux fermés!!! Mention spéciale pour Yuli, qui m’a massée pendant 2h30 et qui a miraculeusement su faire disparaître mes forts maux de dos pendant quelques jours. Tres bonne humeur et rigueur dans son travail. N’hésitez pas à la demander pour vos soins. Quelques remarques : le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur des attentes créées par le resort dans son ensemble. Pas énormément de choix, pas de pommes de terre, pas de céréales, pas de viande sans porc à l’exception du poulet du nasi goreng etc. Les œufs étaient toujours pas suffisamment cuits, ce qui causait une odeur tres désagréable et coupait carrément l’appétit. Le restaurant de manière générale fut une déception, à n’importe quel repas de la journée, et les plats n’étaient certainement pas à la hauteur des prix fixés. De kamers zijn net evenals de badkamer en de faciliteiten in het resort. Ter verbetering is het bedlinnen en de handdoeken (badkamer en zwembad) welke smoezelig overkomen. Dit is overigens bij meerdere resorts in Lombok zo, wat mogelijk een standaard betreft.
