The room was clean, the staff was helpful and the swimming pool was awesome. The visitor also can do last minute shopping for souvenier at the shop just beside the hotel. Unfortunately, we can't enjoy the 50% off for spa & massage provided in this hotel due to late booking. Overall, we were satisfied and enjoyed our rest in hawaii bali hotel.... Hot shower aircon and TV. Awesome restaurant upstairs. The food and service was great. Nice pool to cool off in. Its no Resort but I would stay again its close to the airport and the shopping centre is a walk up the street. Its a bit of a walk to the beach and Kuta square once you work out the streets its easy. The only thing it lacks is information on Bali, Kuta area.
