We only wanted 1 night, but checked out after a few hours. The room was fairly clean and secure, but the bathroom was disgusting. A pipe from the outside air conditioner was dripping water onto the floor. The shower head would not stay on the wall so had to be held in place with one hand when showering, the cold water tap (only cold, no hot) was very close to falling off the sink completely. Worst of all was the attitude of the staff. We came back to the room after dinner (night time) and there was no electricity at all in the room. I went to reception, where at least 3 young men were sitting or lying around looking at their phones and told them. Their response was less than acceptable. One told me he would come and see about it in 5 minutes. When I said we were completely in the dark and asked why he couldn't come immediately, as it was pretty obvious they were sitting around doing very little, he got upset and told me he would be 5 minutes and to go back to the room and wait. It was closer to 15 minutes, which doesn't seem long, but under the circumstances was unacceptable.
