It is an experience. They take excellent care of you. The food is amazing and the details in preperation is top quality. My spouse and I enjoyed the realxed atmosphere but also the activities. We went on the wildlife tour, the bat caves and snorkeling (arranged by La Loma). All were fun. Be aware that you are in the jungle with jungle noises at night and no walls. After the first night, we got used to the sounds and actually found them soothing. From the cocao tea and muffins at your door before you wake, to the incredible sunsets from the dining room, it is an excellentexperience. I'm sad we had to leave. It was a bit stormy while we were there, so water was very murky and not good for snorkeling or kayaking. Definitely bring your own food and supplies, as there are no stores there, and eating out at the two neighbouring resorts can become very pricey, and they can be hard to book. Sterling was very helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions and requests, although we never saw him in person. Be sure to reach out and ask for what you need! Hilario, Sterling's employee was the one to help us, but the language barrier made it difficult to plan things at times. He did take us to Zapatillas and Coral Caye for snorkeling, which was a lot of fun.
