"Loved in general. Receptionists ate great, but some additional training wouls be beneficial. Hotel was quiet, the receptionist with russian accent was unpolite. I asked to be checked-in one hour earlier, she gave me a look and she gave me short answer: no! The same answer could have been with smile, I would understand it better. And I know other hotels are much better with receptionists. Either way, restaurant was excellent. Room was clean and nice. Shiwer a bit small, but everything was good....

"Someone smoke in corridor so the smell of cigarettes can be noticed in the room. Shower dispanser was damadged. Remote control of TV worked by its own willing."
