Additional amenities include covered parking for 4–5 vehicles, an outdoor shower to rinse away the day's sand, and a pet-friendly policy so your four-legged family members can join in on the fun. Stay Requirements: Two-Night minimum rental in Summer. Minimum of two night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 King, 2 Queen, 2 Twin, 2 Bunk Beds (Twin/ Twin), 1 Sleeper Sofa
Parking: Ample parking for 4-5 vehicles depending on their size.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking if not selected at checkout.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
