A short walk to the beach, this conveniently located duplex is the Kure Beach vacation destination you've been looking for! The top level offers a bright, open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area, and a spacious living area. Stretch out in comfort on the large sectional couch and put your favorite programming on the streaming smart TV. The top-level bedroom is perfect for guests who need a quiet workspace to work remotely. Along with a desk, chair, and printer, the room also has a Twin daybed with a Twin trundle that pulls out. Access to the shared oceanside and rooftop deck is just outside the sliding doors. Enjoy incredible 360-degree views from the shared rooftop deck, the perfect spot to watch dolphins swim by or catch the sunrise at the start of your day. On the second level, you'll find the King bedroom suite. The adjoining private full bath has a jetted tub and a separate shower. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply.
